Reiki is a gentle, restorative energy treatment that supports your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It is a safe, non-invasive, and soothing energy treatment that helps your body and mind to pause, reset, and return to yourself - bringing emotional balance and inner peace.


Through light touch or hands hovering just above the body, Reiki activates your natural healing response, encouraging the free flow of energy, easing blockages, and restoring vitality.

Rose completed her Second Degree/ Okuden Level of training with Reiki Master Torsten A. Lange in both lineages of the Usui System of Reiki:  The Usui Natural Healing System (Western Lineage) and The Usui Spiritual Energy System ( Japanese Lineage)

WHAT DOES THE RESEARCH SAY?

11 clinical trials (661 people) found Reiki can improve overall quality of life, especially with regular sessions (8+ or longer than 60 minutes) (Systematic Reviews Journal, 2025)  


 A 2022 review of placebo-controlled studies found Reiki had a greater therapeutic effect than placebo for stress and depression, with promising results for anxiety.  (Journal of Integrative & Complementary Medicine, 2022, PubMed ID: 35911042)  


 A 2010 study found Reiki reduced pain, depression, and anxiety in older adults compared to controls. (Research in Gerontological Nursing, 2010, PubMed ID: 20635803  


 A 2011 trial with students found Reiki improved mood and emotional well-being, especially in those with higher stress, and supported better sleep (Journal of Alternative & Complementary Medicine, 2011, PubMed ID: 21584234)
