These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Reanimate Movement (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including classes, coaching, Reiki, workshops, and use of our website www.reanimatemovement.com. By booking or attending our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Bookings and Payments
- 1.1 All sessions, classes, and appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system at www.reanimatemovement.com.
- 1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- 1.3 Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. GoDaddy Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or Square). We do not store payment card details.
- 1.4 Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
- 1.5 You will be issued a voucher code for all block bookings of 5 classes. You will be required to input the voucher code for each of the 5 sessions that you book.
- 1.6 Promotions may not be combined. Only one promotion, discount, or offer may be applied per transaction.
- 1.7 All promotions, discounts, or offers may only be used once by a client unless stated otherwise.
- 1.8 All gift cards expire 6 months from date of purchase
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- 2.1 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to receive a full refund or credit.
- 2.2 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
- 2.3 If you fail to attend a booked session without notice (“no-show”), the class will be charged in full.
- 2.4 You have 6 weeks to use your introductory offer from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- 2.5 You have 8 weeks from the date of purchase to use your block of 5 group Reformer Pilates classes. Any unused sessions are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- 2.6 You have 10 weeks from the date of purchase to use your block of 5 one-to-one Reformer Pilates sessions. Any unused sessions are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- 2.7 For all other block bookings of one-to-one sessions, you have 8 weeks from the date of purchase to use your block of 5 sessions. Any unused sessions are non-refundable, and non-transferable.
- 2.8 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, venue unavailability). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Class Packages, Memberships, and Passes
- 3.1 Where applicable, block bookings, class packs, passes, or memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- 3.2 Expiry dates apply to block bookings, class packs and passes, as specified at the time of purchase.
- 3.3. Block bookings, class packs and passes can not be used by anyone else other the client who made the purchase
4. Health and Safety
- 4.1 By booking a class or session, you confirm that you are physically fit to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.
4.2 You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and safety during participation.
4.3 Our instructors are not medical professionals. Any guidance provided during sessions is not intended as medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program .
5.Liability
- 5.1 Participation in classes, coaching, or Reiki is undertaken at your own risk.
- 5.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage sustained while participating in our services, except where caused by our negligence.
- 5.3 We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to classes or venues.
6. Code of Conduct
- 6.1 We are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.
- 6.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or unsafe, without refund.
7. Marketing and Communication
- 7.1 By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communications relating to your bookings.
- 7.2 You may also opt in to receive newsletters, marketing emails, or SMS updates. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us directly.
8. Intellectual Property
- 8.1 All content on our website, within our classes, and in associated materials (including text, images, videos, and class formats) is the intellectual property of Reanimate Movement unless otherwise stated.
- 8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
