Life is in constant motion, shifting and reshaping with every experience. What I do know is this: every chapter of my journey has been filled with lessons, challenges, growth, and moments of deep clarity. And through it all, I’ve always done my best to stay true to my heart.
Flowing with the universal energy to guide me to where I need to be, I continue to seek purpose, balance and clarity. I choose to embrace life with intention and presence - striving to live in a way that feels authentic, meaningful, and deeply fulfilling.
For over 35 years, movement has been a constant thread throughout my life, shaping my path and fuelling my evolution. Alongside this, I bring more than 20 years of diverse teaching experience into the space, informing how I guide and support others with depth, care, and compassion.
I love what I do, and do what I love. Rooted in gratitude and guided by passion, I am here to support you on your journey - to help you ‘reanimate’ into a more empowered, fulfilled, and authentic version of yourself, from the inside out and outside in.
