WELCOME TO REANIMATE MOVEMENT

Hello! My name is Rose, and welcome to Reanimate Movement.

So, who am I, and why am I here? Big questions, I know.  But important ones too. On the existential plane, who truly knows? Will I ever know for certain? Perhaps not, because life is in constant motion, shifting and reshaping with every experience. What I do know is this: every chapter of my journey has been filled with lessons, challenges, growth, and moments of deep clarity. And through it all, I’ve always done my best to stay true to my heart.


Flowing with the universal energy to guide me to where I need to be, I continue to seek purpose, balance and clarity. I choose to embrace life with intention and presence - striving to live in the most authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling way possible. 


Over the past 35 years, movement has been a constant thread in my life, shaping my path and fuelling my evolution. Alongside this, I bring more than 20 years of diverse teaching experience into the space, informing how I guide and support others through their own journey.


I love what I do, and do what I love. Rooted in gratitude and guided by passion, I am here to support you on your journey to ‘reanimate’ into the most empowered, fulfilled, and authentic version of yourself,  from the inside out and outside in.


So why 'Reanimate'? Reanimate is more than just a name - it’s a journey.  It is a journey of renewal, resilience, and a return to 'self'.


Born from personal transformation through dance, healing, motherhood, injury, and self-inquiry, Reanimate Movement embodies the powerful process of reconnecting with the body, reigniting the spirit, and reclaiming vitality. Through movement, mindfulness, and holistic practices, this is your space to feel 'alive' again.

 Movement is the gateway to a path of self-discovery, healing, and long-lasting transformation.


My holistic practice and approach are rooted in the disciplines of Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Coaching, and Reiki energy healing, all focused on cultivating both physical vitality and mental clarity.


Inclusivity, compassion, and empowerment are at the heart of my work. Everyone deserves the opportunity to move freely, explore safely, take risks confidently, and thrive - exactly as they are, exactly as you are.


Through intentional practice and mindful training, I invite you to connect with your inner strength, stillness, and joy.
