Perfect for clients who are new to Pilates, returning after a break, or recovering from injury.
- You will be guided through the fundamentals and foundations of Pilates, and grasp how to operate the Reformer effectively and safely so that you can practice comfortably and confidently
- Every class will take a whole body approach and include a warm up, main phase and cool-down.
- You will experience a range of different exercises focusing on your form and technique, ensuring the principles of Pilates are embedded into your movement.
- Progressions, adaptations, modifications and variations will be offered when appropriate so that you can develop your awareness of what your body needs.
- If you are completely new to Reformer Pilates, you will need to take at least 3 Roots classes before joining an Embodiment class to ensure safe and effective practice.
